SKILLS
Air Superiority
During fight, Fanny deals 10%–20% extra damage to enemies hit (scales with flying speed[speed unknown]) and applies a stack of Prey Mark to them (up to 2 stacks) on each attack. Her subsequent skill hits on marked enemy heroes restore 8 energy per stack for her. The energy restoration is reduced[amount unknown] if she hits multiple enemy heroes within a short period of time.[duration unknown]
Tornado Strike
Cooldown: 3.5–2.5 s by level
Fanny whirls her blades, dealing 275–525 (+85% PA) physical damage to nearby enemies.
Steel Cable
Cooldown: 0 s
pullonly interrupted by: suppression, airborne
Fanny shoots a cable in the target direction that pulls her to the first obstacle hit. She can cast this skill again within 2 seconds until her energy runs out. Each successive cast reduces the skill's energy cost by 2.
Fanny automatically casts Tornado Strike upon hitting an enemy mid-flight, as long as her energy is sufficient.
Cut Throat
Cooldown: 35 / 30 / 25 s by level
blinkleap
Fanny leaps at the target enemy hero or Creep with her blades, dealing 400–650 (+200% extra PA) physical damage. Each stack of of the target increases this damage by 30%.

Pick them when the enemy has Fanny · score is their advantage
Akai10.3
Your pick wins this matchup — mechanics favour you, though ranked data narrows the gap.

Fast attacks and the spear stun tear through them once he is set up.

His wall stun catches her mid-cable and ends the run instantly.
Phoveus10.0
Every cable triggers your chase — she cannot move without feeding you.
Kalea10.0
Knocking Fanny off position breaks the whole kit. Your control lands the moment Fanny commits to the jump.

Cables reach him from any angle and he has no defence beyond one reposition.
Xavier9.0
Cables reach him from any angle and he has nothing to answer an engage he cannot see coming.
Clint8.7
Their only escape is Trapping Recoil — once it is spent, your combo lands in full.
Valentina8.5
You punish Valentina in the animation they have to commit to. You simply walk out of what Valentina needs to finish casting.

HOW TO PLAY FANNY
Fanny is extremely blue-buff dependent. Master your cable patterns to minimize energy consumption and use your Ultimate to trigger a massive burst on marked targets.
HOW TO PLAY AGAINST FANNY
- Only suppression, airborne interrupts Steel Cable.
- No protection from control — a stun before the engage wins the duel.
HIDDEN MECHANICS
What the in-game descriptions do not tell you: crowd-control rules and verified skill quirks. How crowd control works →
- Only these interrupt it: suppression, airborne.
- Tornado Strike must be learned to trigger it from Steel Cable.
- "Obstacles" includes: the walls of a map, terrains, summoned constructs (e.g Grock's Earthen Rampart), turrets, and the border of Yin's domain through My Turn.
- During flight: Fanny cannot manually cast the skill Tornado Strike or basic attack. The first Tornado Strike from Steel Cable costs energy and the subsequent attacks will not. Each Tornado Strike for each Steel Cable cast is limited to one per target. Even though it appears to be an AOE, if Fanny initiates an additional Tornado Strike and opponents who have already received damage intersects with Fanny or the additional Tornado Strike, neither will damage the already damaged opponents. If a Tornado Strike hits more than one opponent, the limit is shared by all of them. i.e. To successfully attack the same target twice while in flight with Tornado Strike, Fanny must use another Steel Cable.
- Fanny is vulnerable for approximately 0.7 seconds during the first steel cable cast, which, during the delay, the player is unable to control Fanny, including moving her via left joystick, casting basic attacks and casting her skills until the cable grapples successfully or if it fails and retracts back to Fanny. If at least one steel cable grapples succesfully, Steel Cable can be casted, with its energy cost reduced and no delay, consecutively within 2 seconds, this duration can be refreshed indefinitely as long Steel Cable grapples an obstacle within this duration. Additionally, during the two seconds consecutive cast, Steel Cable cannot be disabled by immobilized.
- Tornado Strike from Steel Cable can still be triggered to targets who are invisible.
- Her flight can only be interrupted by hitting an opposing obstacle, controlled by airborne, suppressed and displacement effect and the skill . All of the deployed cables will go back to Fanny if she is interrupted.
- The speed of following cables, if they are destined to grapple, are much faster than the initial cast. This allows the player to have more control of Fanny's direction.
- Tornado Strike animation and special effects from Steel Cable are slightly visually different from Tornado Strike.
- Casting this skill will make deployed cables retract towards Fanny.
