SKILLS
Dimensional Rift
pullslowhealingdashleap
Nolan's skills will leave a Rift that lasts 5 seconds and slows enemies by 30%. When a rift comes into contact with another rift, they will activate and pull enemies to their center and deal 220 (+140% extra PA) physical damage after a short delay.
Each time a rift activation hits an enemy hero or Creep, Nolan will gain 15 Energy and heals 150 (+120% extra PA) for himself. If an enemy is hit by multiple rift activations, the damage after the first hit will be reduced to 40%.
Cosmic Leap: If Nolan does not deal or take damage for 5 seconds, he enhances his next Basic Attack to dash to the target, dealing (+120% PA) physical damage and leaving a rift. (Damage to and from Minions or Creeps will not prevent Nolan from getting this effect.)
Expansion
Cooldown: 2–1 s by level
Nolan cuts a rectangular area in front of him with his cosmic gauge, dealing 230–480 (+40% PA) physical damage and leaving a rift at the first enemy hit.
Gauge
Cooldown: 2–1 s by level
Nolan charges in the target direction and slashes with his cosmic gauge, dealing 70–220 (+13% PA) physical damage to enemies in his path and leaving a Rift.
Fracture
Cooldown: 21 / 18 / 15 s by level
slowdash
Nolan slashes the target location 3 times, 120–180 (+50% extra PA) physical damage with each slash while leaving 3 Rifts and slowing the target hit by 30% for 0.5s. The rifts will be activated automatically while Nolan dashes backwards.

HOW TO PLAY NOLAN
Always aim to cross your rifts (S1 and S2) on top of the enemy for the explosive pull damage. Watch your energy bar carefully. Fracture is not only an execute: after the three slashes Nolan dashes backwards, which activates the rifts and pulls him out of danger.
HOW TO PLAY AGAINST NOLAN
- No protection from control — a stun before the engage wins the duel.
HIDDEN MECHANICS
What the in-game descriptions do not tell you: crowd-control rules and verified skill quirks. How crowd control works →
- Within the next 0.5s after a Rift activation, a new Rift that comes in contact also gets activated.
- The Rifts do not need to intersect as long as they are very close in proximity.
- The Enhanced basic attack only leaves Rift after Nolan hits the target, including turret. The indicator is visible to everyone.
- The enhanced basic attack cooldown is reset if taking or dealing damage to turret, enemy heroes, Lord and Turtle.
- Respawn and reincarnation restarts the cooldown.
- Nolan's energy bar is divided into 4 parts, each equates to 25 energy. The purple buff divided the energy bar into 5, each equates 20 energy.
- If cast on empty ground, the Rift is created slightly further than the indicator range.
